oh man, if i didn't kill someone yesterday, i never will...
the first thing - a guy i train with was suppoased to pick me up at 5:50 p.m. , coz we train at 6
i called him at 5:55 to ask him where he was and he forgot to tell me that he was going straight to the gym after the class...
i had to go by bus
i think i waited for the bus for something like 15 min (instead of the usual 1-8)
and the thing with buses here is that they have sensors on the doors, so unless there is no one like 2-3 feet away from the doors, it can't close
the buses were so fucking full (people going home from school and work...) that we stood on each stop for about 5 mins - FUCKING RAGE!
i had to switch buses at one point, but i decided walking would be faster and the bus wasn't coming for like 10 min
so i walked there, in the snow and just when i was like 100 m from the gym, that bus passes me by - HULK STYLE RAGE!
i think i started training at around 7... and i had to be at around 8:30 in another part of town...
the second thing - the gym was so fucking full yesterday, i don't remember when it was that full
we have 4 eleiko PL bars and a shitload of WL bars (coz it's a WL gym)
of course, all 4 were taken (2 of them were used for 100 lbs seated shoulder press and for the forearm curls are whatever the fuck they are called)
it was ok since the squat rack was taken as well
so i stood there, waiting for this 7 foot douche to finish his 200 lbs 1/8 squats
when he finally was done i realized there aren't enough plates for me (coz like half of the gym decided to to deadlifts at that moment...)
i decided to take those eleiko metal PL plates which are on the other side of the gym, by the leg press...
so i took 4 25 kg plates and 2 20 kg ones on the first run
i see that 7 foot douche going to the leg press and loading the plates on (we only have 4 25 kg ones and 10 20 kg plates)
i go there to grab another pair of 20 kg plates
that was 200 kg on the bar, which was my last warm up set
after that i had to be wraped up so i had to have everything ready (i was doing 240 kg next)
and the fucking douche didn't load all of the 6 remaining plates on the leg press, but 5! fucking 5!
probably just to tease me or something
i took all of the restraining i had not to go there and slap him around
so when he was finally finished, i took those 2 plates i needed and did 240 kg
did that set and the next weight was 260 for reps
2 of my team mates were putting my wraps on
one put them perfectly and the other tied them all the way up to the middle of my right quad (which was injured for like a month and a half)
i didn't really pay attention while he was doing that coz i was psyching myself up for the squat
when i squatted down for the first rep, the pain was so fucking intense (from the wrap sinking deep into my quad and tightening) that i almost fell on my ass
but i got the first one up really easy
but the second one was the last one, coz it really started to hurt (but i'm not sure that i would have gotten the third one anyway...)
after all that, i had to rush to the other side of the town, so my whole training session was ruined
i'm still fucking pissed about it
one of these days, i'm gonna break that giant douche in half...
