after my intense training camp i took 1 month off and for 2 weeks my legs always got cramps even though i stretched and when i started doing intense warmups that got my blood flowing they went away, so just run and do exercises like that before you train
I actually started taking some vitamins, and making sure I drink lots of water, and liquids with vitamins in them. It helps, but, going down in the basement of my gym and lifting some weights helped me out too... at least stop the cramps in my legs. Sucks, because I was starting to feel better, then I tweaked my knee! It never ends!
I'll be at class tomorrow though. Thanks for the advice!
