I knew it!!!

LMAO... These K1 dudes can't strike for shit

"K-1 level striking" is and always has been a joke. Any brother with a year or two of boxing is gonna be way too strong and way too sugary for these white boy kickboxers.

Just don't think MMA is going to work for him. Sure he is a great striker but just translating over to mma at all

Early stoppage but damn saki is overated bum at least for ufc standards

Damn! This is MMA yo!!!

Saki is lucky he stayed composed long enough his last fight he nearly lost that one lol. No such luck tonight though. Thunderous KO

Khalil has long arms, Saki did not expect his glass K-1 chin to get cracked from that far.

Almost all K-1 greats have glass chins. Mostly from all the fight-sparring.

Judging by most of these posts, MMA fans know almost nothing about combat sports.

He waited too long to start MMA

This

After all those gym wars and K1 fights his body is broken down. He looked slow as hell. Can't come in past your prime and try to adapt to mma defence, learn wrestling, and BJJ.

Hope Dana has learned another valuable lesson, but probably not.

Stop trying to manufacture stars....The bottom line is Saki had no business competing in the UFC..

i dont think it was ever some big new revelation that kick boxers were always the lowest common denominator at striking. There was this weird unexplained misconception that MMA strikers were worse but kickboxers were always worse and the evidence that supports that has been there for nearly 2 decades. You had guys like frank shamrock taking casual kickboxing fights on the side and winning years and years ago while pretty much every top kick boxer who ever came to MMA ever.. Got completely plooked in mma , unless the referee was wearing an earpiece.. And it was quite often a pure striking match without a single take down attempt in sight in which we saw the kickboxers get wrecked.
