Follow the dolce diet, do that thing that gabe refugee did, get yourself motivated like BJ used to be at one unspecified point in time, and when you are weighing in...be sure to lean on the towel like DC, have the commissioner that weighed in bristol marinade keep an eye on the scale.
You will also have to call someone out who is already in the UFC that way you could bypass several years of grinding in the regional promotions

Go on the treadmill and lose some weight. Start walking first and then progress to running.

Do it about 2 hours every day.
and come back after 12 months. if you still fat, forget it, unless you have really heavy hands and an iron chin
 
Diet down, cut some weight and you're ready for heavyweight division.
