If You Don't Mind Sharing, How Tall Are You and What is Your Weight?

6'0 and 220.

<Steiner01>
I've been there. I was about 207 a week ago. I've been over 220 in the past. Some weeks back I bought a medium shirt at Newbury Comics (Boston/Massachusetts/New England retailer that I used to work for briefly 25+ years ago). I knew it wouldn't fit me at the time. I bought it basically as motivation, along with some other clothes. I wore the shirt last night underneath a sweater. It fits perfectly now. I'm sure you can cut the weight if you want to...

Good luck!

I may be the smallest man on Sherdog based on this thread.

5'10 and 170lbs.

I run 10k a few times a week, lift weights and recently got back into BJJ.
You're probably an ectomorph. Has your reach been measured? If it's longer than your height, especially considerably so, then you're basically an ectomorph.

Nope, it's just because Asian haven't entered the thread before your post. There are quite a few of us here actually.

I'm 5'7 and 110lb. I'm underweight even by Asian standard. I remember there are a couple of us around 5'7 to 5'9 under 170lbs here. I have a tiny frame, best I can think of is that of Anthony Pettis.

I used to ran marathon, could probably still do if I had 6 weeks or so to train.
I go to the gym twice thrice a week. Would be skinnier if I skip them.

I don't have any strict diet, but I don't eat fast food or canned food.
I didn't want to bring up race, but there are some slight racial differences in terms of body composition and body fat percentages and limb length. Generally, black people will have lower body fat relative to their weight and body type and Asians will have higher. Blacks also tend to have longer limbs relative to height, while Asians have shorter. Whites are more in the middle on both measures. There are also differences in terms of testosterone levels. With blacks generally having the highest test levels followed by whites and then Asians.

Of course these are just averages and there's a lot of individual variation. But as an example, I'm half white and half black. We had our body fat levels tested at the gym together once. I had 6% less body fat than he did even though I outweighed him by about 20 lbs and we were the same height at the time. I'm now SEVERAL inches taller than he is and he's MUCH heavier than he was then, while I'm only about 20 lbs heavier now than I was then.

6'6" when I wake up, 255lbs. Have been all about size and strength, I'm going for more cardio now trying to protect my cardiovascular system after being fucking wrecked and aged by covid and age.

6' and 195 lbs atm... Was 230 in 2021 (way to fat for my frame - big boned but I carry little bulk usually.) Was always (mostly) lithe and wiry. Lightest I've weighed was 165 but I looked quite gaunt. Makes me curious as to how far I could have cut down but prolly wise I never tried lol.

Working down to 185 again but post spinal surgery I have a lot of limitations that I "should" follow.

Normally bout 30 min a day at home, stretching, bag work, sprints. Then an hour on machines at the gym once a week. When I was attending classes that was 3x a week but the back couldn't keep up.

Would like to get fully back to it but it all depends on how much the spine can take. I'm no athlete so not going to kill it, specially at 55.

6’3 and 215LBS.

I am in the boxing gym 5x a week training with world class boxers at Fortune Gym in Los Angeles.
I was doing BJJ 3x a week at Renzos until about 6 weeks ago just been nursing a minor injury. I’m 38 now so can’t train as crazy as I have the last 20 years. Still in fantastic shape though and spar every week with active fighters. I own businesses now though so it’s literally just to stay in shape and because fighting is cheaper than therapy.

I'm probably one of the smallest guys around here, always been a smaller guy. 5"7 160-165. My job is a pretty good workout by itself, but I should definitely get to the gym. I'm not in bad shape though. My frame is very thin, so for me 155 would probably be an optimal weight. I've been as a low as 125 a few years ago and as high as 185. I used to train taekwondo and boxing, but I gave it up.

6'1 about 258 right now
Judo 2-3 times a week
I try to do some nogi grappling at least once a week

Weight train 3-4 times a week
Walk most days for 30-60 minutes and do some other cardio work on days I lift, like hit the bag, sprints and air bike

Had been drinking alot and not eating the best the past while, so hoping to get back to about 225 or so early next year

Was a former competitive powerlifter, but now I train more for strength endurance and speed. Still like to lift heavy every now and then

Manlet incoming….5’7, weight is 170 ibs, don’t exercise a lot but do try to do at least a 100 sit ups a day.

6’2” 195-7ish depending on the day. I don’t get to work out anywhere near as much as I’d like but both my jobs are relatively physical. I do move a lot and between my two jobs I walk/hike between 20-30 miles a week.

We either have a lot of tanks or fat fucks on this thread lol
I am a hybrid myself lol

A tank with more cushion for the pushing
But seriously it sucks to be carrying around much excess fat and being close to 40 I need to get my diet on point
