Wouldn't surprise me honestly, and it'll depend on the PPV numbers. If this first fight drew big numbers you can bet money on the immediate rematch.

If not it'll be Werdum/Junior for the title and Stipe/Cain for number 1 contender.

UFC could sell more giving rematches to JDS or Arlovski, and giving Cain a Main event to earn another title shot. Two Main events are greater than one and help out the division more.
