Interesting. Why do you think that?
The many signs in both countries that mass-immigration from non-Western countries has become unmanageable plus the rapid rate of immigration preventing both governments from implementing policies which might (temporarily) attenuate the currently rising ethnic tensions in both countries. There are some other factors;
Sweden
-Though you may have noticed that the political establishments of all Western countries are absolutely adamant that their current populations must become diversified and borders must remain open at all cost; The Swedish ruling class has been successful in completely shutting down dissident voices which unlike other countries prevents a relatively open discussion about immigration. In the Netherlands this was similar until Pim Fortuyn was assassinated in 2002 for his moderate opposition to mass-immigration.
-The on-going housing shortage in Sweden.
-Sweden only has a population of 9+ million inhabitants but basically has a free-for-all immigration policy.
France
-There is evidence that Native French in the age-category 0-5 will soon become a minority.
-The Socialists in France have established links with a massive Algerian/immigrant voting block. You may remember the many Algerian flags when President Hollande was elected.
Both countries have many areas which can be described as no-go-zones(zones urbaines sensibles in France). These are breeding grounds for Islamic radicalism and minority ethnic nationalism.
In both countries you will find a burgeoning nationalist movement (as in all European countries excl. the UK) which is continually in conflict with the established parties. The Swedish movement is especially hardened due to years of abuse suffered due to a collaborative effort between the media/antifa and political establishment. An example is mainstream newspapers releasing the home addresses of Swedish people for commenting negatively about multiculturalism online under pseudonyms or the many violent home invasions of the (very moderate) Swedish Democrats and other (actual) nationalist organizations.
As I don't see the French/Swedish ruling class budging on this issue(for multiple reasons, they can't) this can only end one way.
