Is Conor ko'ing Aldo the greatest fighting performance in the UFC history?

Greater than Silva matrixing Forrest because obviously Aldo was a legitimate GOAT candidate, and a striking specialist.

Greater than Jones vs Shogun I think, because of all the mental game that broke Aldo

Was there a better fight preparation and result than this one? From a fighter's perspective, being able to get into one of the greatest of all time fighter's head, then ko'ing him in 13 seconds.. This has to be the perfect execution of a gameplan. Injury free and famous for it for the rest of his days
no... too quick

No but his beatdowns of Eddie Alvarez and cowboy were

Negative.

I think it depends on what you value in master class performances. Some may argue that it wasn't since he didn't show off his ground game whereas others wouldn simply argue that he didn't have to because his shot was so accurate. It could be argued to be at the top for sure when you factor in who he knocked out at the time was a top pound for pound fighter that had never been KO'd.

Do you even watch MMA? Swinging wildly and not protecting from the counter-hook is a prototypical example of an MMA mistake. It's either showboating comuppance or a step below amateur-hour.
Literally every fighter gets knocked out because they made a mistake. Conor countered him and capitalized off it. You can’t protect yourself from a counter lol every fighter leaves themselves open to being countered to land a punch.

too short lived to determine performance, but one of the most iconic wins in UFC history, up there with leon usman.

dominant champ
mad hype with two fight promotions going into it (first fight fell through)
and the delivery was beautiful
