Is Dana under the impression that conor will come back and defend titles going through a line of contenders like any other regular joe?

Because when its conor: "Isnt he awsome? He asked for Khabib in Russia!"

But when its GSP he acts all mad, saying he cant come back and pick fights if he is not going to follow up.

Its not like GSP is some random dude who cant draw. People say Dana does everything conor wants because he brings in the money, but so does GSP...

I dont get this behavior from dana

dana is mad that gsp conned and lied to the ufc.

if gsp been honest about only wanting to fight 1 time they could of set up some non tile super fight.

But he will happily make any fight GSP wants. Especially him vs Conor.

Dana is a business man playing with different strategies. He usually is hard on GSP and he kisses Conor's ass. But at the end he will let them get their wish.

Don't put so much effort into understanding Dana. There's nothing to understand. The guy is full of shit and will contradict himself twenty times in two minutes.

If Conor manages to beat Khabib and asks to fight GSP and GSP agrees, they make that fight. They could make it at 185 pounds just for laughs. UFC doesn't give a fuck, they want money and that's a money fight.

Same if Khabib wins tbh. If GSP wants the fight and Khabib agrees, we'll see that fight. $$$ talks. Dana doesn't.

Dana is probably still pissed (and rightfully so) after GSP returned, beat the MW champ only to vacate the title. It wasn’t due to any physical illness, GSP never planned on defending the title. What has McGregor done? He moved up from FW to even bigger fights and made the UFC a lot of money when fighting Mayweather. GSP deserves legacy and money fights but it is not that hard to see that the UFC doesn’t want him to win titles left and right that he’s going to vacate.

It's perfectly simple to explain. Money talks. McGregor has cracked a million PPVs four time with his best being 1.6 million. GSP hasn't cracked a million at all. That's quite a difference. Dana is just greedy and fickle.

It is kind of weird. While GSP is not as big of a draw as Conor; he is easily the second biggest draw in the UFC. Dana has some kind of personal vendetta against GSP, he was talking so much shit after GSP said he was going to take a break that Lorenzo had to pretty much publicly tell him to be quiet.

Dana is of Irish descent. Conor is an Irishman. GSP is a French Canadian. That's it... it's just deluded ethnicism that fuels Dana's parenting of Conor.

Ok so maybe GSP is trying to catch up to conor. Conor is 4-1 with GSP for not defending belts.

In a not defending belts contest, conor is the clear goat.

Look, saying that GSP may not defend the belt is fair considering that he vacated last time as mw did not suit him and he is near the end of his run. Who is to say that the cut might be far too much for him to do consistently also and he would drop that belt as well. Fair?

But to say that GSP drops belts and there is a chance that Conor will defend one when he by far has the worst track record is nonsense. If we go off past practice, Conor seems to get away with whatever the hell he wants and doesn't defend belts.

They probably will. If Conor beats Khabib he'll put LW on ice again unless there are no other options then he'll likely fight Diaz. There is no way Conor fights Poirier, Holloway, Ortega, etc... that's just not worth his time.

He'll likely fight GSP next or possibly the WW champion at the time. I also wouldn't rule out Pauli in a boxing ring as pointless as that would be.
