The buildup for this fight would be epic and the underlying story would be obvious.

Took me a second... but it's because Machachev is a grappler who has not yet been tested against a great striker and vice versa, Adesanya is a striker who has not been tested against a great grappler. That is an interesting underlying plot

Aren't there any fighters called Christian?

Israel is a country not a religion.
Islam is a religion and not a country.

So if you really want Israel vs someone you need a country named fighter and not one with the name of a religion.
