Issues on mobile browser with media embeds / formatting etc

When I go to create a new thread / do a reply my options to embed media, change text formatting, use emoticons etc are all greyed out. It's like this whenever I use my mobile browser Chrome & the default Android Internet browser.

Anyone know how to fix this? See attached image.

Same here I’m on IPhone . Been noticing this for the past week i don’t think it does it every time but most of the time.

This on phone

Click on the middle 3 sets of dots and it brings down some more options, click on the [ ] button. It will be grayed out but click on it and rest will ungrey themselves
