What does this guy actually do? Head coach at SBG Ireland and once touted as MMA coach of the year, Seemed to have have absolutely no game plan for Conor other than the left hand

Hes basically a jujitsu guy that lucked himself into Conor. He does the role of a head coach but he really isnt that imo and his advice is Jujitsu which isnt even as important anymore he takes Dilons advice on that now. He has a more important role earlier in Conors past fights but not as much anymore.

Kavanagh got lucky and hit a gold mine. Its not every day a Conor walks in your gym. Those are coaches dream fighters and hard to find. It makes sense too if you think about it. What other SBG is a top fighter.
