Media Jon Jones has to fly Economy class

Jon Jones is arguably the greatest MMA fighter in the history of the universe. He’s headlined UFC card multiple times and is one of the sports biggest stars so seeing him have to fly coach hurts. I knew fighter pay was an issue but this hurts especially considering Jones had sponsorships with companies like Nike and Monster energy drink. Worst thing is they sat him beside a dog at the very end of the plane. Jones being the positive man that he is, still smiles for the camera.

Who gives a shit? Paying extra to sit in a bigger seat on an airplane is basically a scam. I've always taken economy seats and it's been fine.

The cost differential between economy and first class is significant. A large portion of the tickets purchased for first or business class are corporate funded. The cost for an individual is often difficult to justify for a what is ultimately a short duration.
