I think they might be equally bad match ups for him.
Both are:
- tall, rangy
- naturally significantly bigger than Jones and anyone Jones has ever faced

Francis is:
- decent at stopping takedowns from decent heavyweight wrestlers (remember Stipe vs Ngannou II)
- a MUCH harder hitter than anyone Jones has ever faced
- much longer in reach than anyone Jones has ever faced, he's almost got Jon's reach
- a good kicker
- ridiculously durable
- fast

Ciryl is:
- technically as good as, if not better, than any striker Jones has ever faced
- very fast
- a decent grappler against other heavyweights
- extremely proficient with lateral footwork - Jones much prefers loves guys who move in straight lines


Honestly, minus maybe in the wrestling department - if we don't just go by technique, but also physicality - Jones seems to outmatched wherever the fight goes to me against these guys.
Some people might think that Jones' striking is better than Francis' but Jones' looks very human against decent strikers his size and Ngannou is even larger, plus regardless of past fights and how sloppy it might be at times, Francis has actually very good timing, i'm fully convinced he'd catch Jon if they strike for an even slightly prolonged period of time.
With Gane, the only question to me is, if he can stop Jon's wrestling, because on the feet, they are worlds apart.
