Did Jones look "horrible" against Gus? Why? It was a great, close fight which Jones won. And Gus could have won the decision against DC easily, so it's not that he is a bum.

Did he look "horrible" vs OSP? Well, he won the fight like 50-45 on all cards.

His skinny legs were the ones Shogun was supposed to target to easily win.

His "horrible" striking defense has led him to be rocked how many times? Knocked down how many times? 0.

He looked to be having all he could handle vs gus the first opp hes had matching his height and reach and yes he did look much worse than usual vs osp too
Neight men are bums no but its no coincidence 2 of his most human/beatable looking performces were vs guys his own size and reach

No but rampage could have if hed had any fight iq ever (read jack slacks killing the king breakdown) a tiny broken down shogun wasnt gonna do shit

Hes been stunned plenty of times sport and his height and reach create distance (and the odd cheeky finger poke) that allows his weakness there not get exploited much at lhw ...but at hw hed be taggged often
 
ubereem would smash but 40 year old, skinny Overeem gets beat up. Come on man you need to pair Jones with young heavies like Stipe, Ngannou, Razor Blaydes, etc....

You take the vitamins and size advantage from Jones and he will look absolutely beatable.

As much as I respect Overeem's skills and legacy, at this point his chin is compromised. Jones would stagger him and we all know what happens when Bones smells blood. His killer instinct would hurt Overeem badly.
 
Jones can KO DC but not Reem? Some of you in this thread are downright goofy..

Lol- Jones is a -370 favorite over lesnar, genius.
...... and Conor fought a mediocre lightweight....twice at 170, got embarrassed and then looked ordinary in 2nd fight against same lightweight.

What is wrong with you people .

I'll give you this, Conor would be tough to beat at 155 (his natural)

Who besides Gustufson did he look terrible against? Don't start with OSP.
50-44 does not contitute a terrible performance. By the way, I can't.stand Jones.

Did u watch the osp fight ? He didnr look good at all
His style is highly dependent on being the bigger guy with longer reach.....take that away and he hasnt impressed
Theres a reason he stays at lhw towering over everyone
