Keeping diet

hey guys well im trying to stcik with a diet and the longest ive gone is 3 weeks, i am mexican so the food my family makes isnt always the most healthy just the opposite actually so i was wondering what do you guys do in order to resist the temptation but also eat something healthy?
 
Eh, it takes effort and attention.
Start with moderation. Instead of eating a couple or a few of tacos (i felt so racist typing that), just have one and load it up with meat whatnot.

And how often are you exercising?
 
I hate cutting fat,dieting.I prefer eating what i want and bulking but i'm trying to be more normal when i am on a bulk and not go crazy.
 
If you dont prepare your own meals its literally almost impossible to keep your diet in check.(unless youre rich and hire a nutritionist/chef to live and cook/plan your meals)

I exercise Monday - Thursday for 2 hours then on Saturday for an hour.
