lights on consoles and electronics equipement

Hey guys just a stupid question that I am sure other people want to ask but never have. On electronic equipment, like gaming controllers, microphones, etc. The lights that come on when you plug them in and they have power. Do they ever wear out? Mine are on 24 hours a day and just wondering if i should unplug my devices or shut down my computer at the end of each night.

Sorry I know it sounds dumb and i tried googling it, but to no avail.
