London overtook New York in murders for the first time in modern history

Meh, fuck it. If they come in and take over so be it. CREAM

Edmonton for the Somalis ? , it might well end up affect you though as the increasingly cavalier use of violence over trivial seeming stuff (if social media is to be believed the Walthamstow shootings were in part over an altercation at an milkshake bar) will inevitably spill over on to people who have fuck all to do with it .

Woolwich Boys - I'm not sure if they're real or not but they're the go to for the papers when anything happens in SE London.

I can see how people would get caught by the crossfire or a ricochet from a stabbing.

What's happening now is nothing new. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7117749.stm this was from 10 years ago.

One major difference between London and NY is a single stabbing or shooting in London makes the national news still but in NY it just gets tagged onto the end of the local news.

Oh I know its not new and these things can go in cycles but it is pretty full on right now .

No it's not.

There will still be fewer murders in London this year that there were 20 years ago.
Yes the number of murders has increased over the last few years but that's from the lowest ever numbers in 2012/13/14.

yes before it got covered up by our lying media.
But now social media is so big , they cant cover it up.
Just as the media and establishment painstakingly covered up the paedo grooming gangs . Suppress anything that makes "diversity" look bad.

All down to the demographics of the place .

Yeah covering up dead bodies is piss easy.
Keep the tin foil hat on.

While I agree that we should be safe from unreasonable search, the tactic of stop and frisk seemed to have had desired "good" results. Yes, it's profiling, but profiling often works. I have family that are LEO. They deal with the same rejects every year. They don't "hassle" people, but they do drive up on, and make it a point to interact with known criminals. It's lead to arrests for drug dealing, possession of a firearm by felon, and possession of a stolen handgun or long gun.

I find it funny that many people oppose "stop and frisk" due to their love of individual rights yet they cheer every gun restriction that becomes law. By all means let known felons enjoy the freedom to carry a stolen handgun without the fear of being patted down. Just make sure that I can't legally carry a registered firearm to defend myself against said felon.

.
Now imagine what wonders profiling would do for white collar crime.

I am against stop-n-frisk and am PRO gun rights. My many posts in this forum shows my opposition to the anti-gun movement.

London’s murder rate is lower than the USA’s 50 largest cities

The disturbing rise in murders in London has rightfully led to questions being asked about violent crime in the capital.

There were 45 murders in London in the first three months of this year, almost double the figure recorded for the same period in 2017. Adults might have to buy £10 'porn passes' to prove their age online It has led to criticism of Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, while US President Donald Trump claimed a London hospital resembles a ‘war zone’ due to the spate of knife attacks. However, despite the increase, its murder rate remains lower than in any of the 50 largest cities in the USA, as noted by Statista. In the year ending on March 31 2018, London had a murder rate of 1.8 per 100,000 people, including eight people who died as a result of terrorism.

In comparison, San Diego in California, the safest of America’s 50 largest cities, had a murder rate of 2.2. New York City had 3.4 murders for every 100,000 citizens – while at the top of the list, Detroit, Michigan had a 39.7 rate, the figure jumped to 40.4 in New Orleans, Louisiana, and in Baltimore, Maryland, there were 55.8 murders per 100,000 people. There have been 62 murders in London this year – with knives used for 39 of the deaths and guns involved 10 times.

How many of those cities have been run by democrats for 20+ years?

How long until those same leftist policies turn London into a shithole?

Hint, violent crime in London increased a min of 20% this year. Check back in a decade if you still have a terrorist sympathizer for a mayor.

So then I wondered, "How did that hack Bob Geese twist facts to turn out this dishonest thread? He has so many tools in his toolbox."

And then I had my answer because it appears he compared the first month of 2018 between the two cities (like a classic alt right tard) and ignored every possible way the statistical comparison could be more accurate.
