3/1 - This is my DL/Press Week 7 WO, but I realized after my final DL set that it should've been my Week 6 Squat/Bench WO. Will make that up.

Was gonna do my typical bagwork, but my left middle knuckle was hurting a bit when I went to put my gloves on and made a fist, let alone hit the bag, so I decided it'd be better to do something else.

Endurance/Conditioning work -
10 sets of 15x BW Squats/10x Push-ups/5x Pull-ups (definitely kipped some, also slight rest after pull-ups)
Total of 150 BW squats, 100 push-ups, and 50 pull-ups. Took a little over 20 minutes.

Today, I was sitting on the floor and had my fists on the floor like I would for knuckle push-ups, but without much weight on them, however when I opened my fists, I could feel something out of place and moving around in my left middle knuckle, so I'm definitely gonna take a break from left punches on anything for awhile.

Started to do the endurance complex I did last WO but by the 2nd set just wasn't feeling it. Prolly should've kept going as I know I'll be going back to work in a couple weeks. Just have to do some good endurance tomorrow of some sort.

Bridges x25 each way, stretches, contrast shower

Never watched Cosmos. 1) Don't have cable/satellite. 2) Don't need to see the latest evolutionist propaganda.

Haven't had a "full" week of work yet, but the kid's waking me up is keeping me tired. My good knee has been bugging me though, so I knew it was time to do some squats. Also need to beat the crap out of my bag, even though my left knuckle's still sore...

Bridges x20 and stretches

Not terrible for first workout in a month and a half (although forking mulch and wheeling it around and such does count for something in the activity department at least). Could've done more bagwork, but I'm feeling a bit better than I was. Fought a cold last weekend. Definitely need to keep at it more regularly, as I've been feeling like crap beyond the interrupted sleep and bug, and I know I need to lift regularly, to keep up what God has entrusted to me and to keep up my mental health as well.

Didn't find a job in the music business while in Nashville, and there's not much music industry out here. Do a little bit running sound at church, but that's not paying the bills. Might do more eventually. We'll see what doors God opens up. Actually considering taking some classes online over the winter to broaden possibilities.

And religion falls into neither category. That's because fairy tales aren't science.

And religion and fairy tales are 2 different things as well. Evolution and creationism have much of the same evidences; the difference lies in how the evidence is interpreted due to our starting points. Your starting point is that there is no God, only consistent natural processes. My starting point is that there is one God who has revealed Himself and the history of the world to us through the men He used to write the Bible.

Tried to start with overhead squats, but my left shoulder wasn't having any of it. Felt better after pressing though. Shoulders and knees need me to lift more often, or at least do some bodyweight and rehab work...

Stretches

For those who didn't see on my Facebook, my daughter was born on Tuesday morning at 10:44 at 9lb 94oz and 21.5 inches, just 1 oz and half an inch shorter than my son was 18 months ago, although she was 2 weeks sooner. I'm hoping my sleep will be better this go-round, as she seems to not want fed quite as often, but I at least need to keep doing lighter work for shoulder and knee rehab/prehab. So, even though my workouts have already been too sporadic this year, hopefully I can keep to at least once a week.

Changed from 5x5 to 531 based on my last set last week figuring it will be easier on my body and nervous system with the new baby. She's doing better than her brother did at this stage (he needed changed and fed every 2 hours; she's happy to go 4), although she was up for 2 hours last night, but we're getting the kinks worked out.

10/25
A bit rougher of a night, so I chopped a little bit of firewood to try to get woke up more and the blood flowing.
