Warm-ups and dynamic stretches
ZDL +3 kicks per leg
225x5 - high roundhouse (meant to do 235, but not a biggie)
255x5 - side
275x3 - low roundhouse
293.75x3 - front push
311.25x3 - mid roundhouse (Had a small nose bleed earlier. Aparrently the increase in blood pressure from lifting broke the clot loose, as my nose started bleeding a lil bit on rep 1)
330x3 - spinning back (had a Kleenex up my nose and the blood came around the other side a bit. Lol. Blood stopped before moving on to presses)
SOHP +3 straight palms per arm
