Fondant, scalloped, and hasselback are my Favourites. Twice baked is amazing. Love a good mash and gravy. Fries are the reason I go through drive throughs.

Never heard Cajun O'Brien potatoes before. Look them up sounds good.

Don't know if you make this way but the recipe saw is pretty much make potatoes O'Brien's then add Cajun seasoning.
