Sorry, I had to.
Don't disrespect the Aztec man

Fun idea TS. Something different. Ruined immediately by responses though lol.

Merging my love of UFC and automobiles, let's figure out which vehicle (or anything with an engine) adequately represents a particular fighter.

What others match up well?

CM Punk and the Ford Edsel. Both were hyped by a monstrous marketing machine. Both failed miserably to live up to expectations. Both the fighter, and the car, were shortly discontinued and quickly forgotten. A failure for both.

Jon Jones and the Landrover Rangerover. Both in contention for the GOAT in their respective class. Both are powerful machines which outperform the competition. Although both perform well at extremely high levels, after a few years both seem to experience intermittent meltdowns. The Rangerover is one of the best vehicles on the road however electrical issues are rampant, malfunctions keep occurring, and there always seems to be some kind of disappointment involved. Very comparable to the career of Jones.

Bethe Correia and the Ford Country Squire station wagon. Both are durable and seem like they might actually serve a functional and exciting purpose. Both seem like a great idea at first but after a few years after the mileage builds up, you finally realize you have an unattractive and under-performing monstrosity sitting in your driveway and nothing but a whole bunch of junk in in the trunk.

Mighty Mouse and the Honda Civic Type R. Both are high performing machines, agile, relatively durable, and lightning fast under the right performance conditions. Both can outperform most of the competition in its respective class. But at the end of the day, it’s still a Honda Civic and it looks kind of silly when parked next to an adult sized vehicle.

TJ Dillashaw and NASCAR. Both super quick and highly impressive machines that are finely tuned and capable of beating any other cars when tested head-to-head. However, take a look under the hood and you might find a couple of Nitrous oxide tanks that provide an unfair advantage.

I like the description of the Ford Country Squire for Bethe… but for some reason the AMC Gremlin comes to mind for her for the reasons you mention…

marketed as a sports car, but anything but…

Tj had or still has a blue nsx. The hybrid one. Jones has had a few vettes. Derrick lewis has a huracan.

Wasn't that Johnny Hendrix's truck? Bet he regrets wasting a bunch of money on that piece of shit.
Can’t believe Hendricks was daily driving that big piece of garbage.
