I think Merab was knocked out on the takedown attempt judging by how Ricky effortlessly rolls his limp body over. There is also definitely a moment that Merab goes out during the choke but pump of blood wakes him up, so I still see this as a legitimate win for Ricky.

Yea it looked like a Gray Maynard situation to me where he DDTs himself but the ref didn't catch it. If Ricky just stood up I think it would have been over, Merab woke up in a guillotine lol
