Yep. My friend is a divorced MGTOW'er. Caught his wife cheating, then she stabbed him with a knife 5 times. Guess who was awarded custody of the kids after that? Her.

It took him 3 years in court to finally get the kids back. The whole experience ruined him mentally for life. He wants nothing to do with another girl now. Just wants to look after himself and his kids.

This so called MGTOW movement brings some great points and arguments to the tableH, and every young man should be made aware of a lot of the points MGTOW makes. God knows my life would be different if I had someone to point out the obvious pitfalls of women that got me in my youth.

However I think a lot of the bloggers/tubers are being disingenuous about the behavior/nature of men and women.

For one, most of them advocate for a 3 date rule or a similar philosophy of completely ignoring/cutting off women that don't put out quickly after the first connection. So a lot of them talk about how most women are whores/gold diggers while simultaneously only associating with women that put out quickly.

Then a lot of them like to completely deny the nature of men, which is provide for and protect women and children, which is literally how humans are still walking the earth. Obviously I would never advocate for men to throw time or money around on untested women, but for others to sit there and tell everyone to hoard your time/reasources only for yourself is really disingenuous.

Good luck building any kind of meaningful relationship while being completely closed off and selfish.

I guess what I'm saying is the MGtat message is overall something men should hear, but the methods most of these mgtow spokesmen advocate are only going to re-enforce crappy, self destructive mind sets.

I’m married to a good looking lady that is down to earth, barely spends our money, never busts my balls, and gave me 2 great kids. I still go on trips with my buddies, play sports, go to the bar, gym. I dress like an adult, not in sweats and hoodies 24/7 because I’m a grown up. I enjoy spending time with her. I married the right women. If you don’t, just find the right one. Spending your life in sweats, jerking off to Internet porn, never forming relationships with women isn’t a movement. It’s laziness. It’s also self centered way to live. How do you ever evolve as a person?
Don’t get me wrong. It’s ok to be single. Maybe you haven’t met the right person. Maybe you have issues to work on personally, professionally etc. I’m fine with that. But to make an absolute statement that you hate women, and aren’t willing to try to find a good one is weak.
