Hey guys, so you may have seen my video a while back about the muay thai rhythm, well I have worked with my Sponsor Revgear and we have produced a article about the subject as well, going a litte more into depth about it, as well as some video links.

I am also going to include a clip made by muay thai pros about the subject however I would like to point out that I posted my video first (check the upload dates), I mentioned them in my video, and 3 weeks later they came out with their own video. Given the subject matter and time frame theirs was posted, I think it is a safe bet it was in response to my video. the links are below.
