- Joseph Viso Jr. is currently running as a Republican, for the New Jersey State Assembly.
- In 2009 he was guilt of smearing poop on the door handles of a daycare center
- He is an electrician and his company was located near the daycare.
- Had a long running feud with the daycare regarding parking
- First he denied it but when police showed him CCTV video he admitted it
- Said he was angry that daycare employees were getting his vehicles ticketed when they parked near the daycare
- Viso and his men would often blast music with offensive lyrics near the daycare
- In trying to explain why he smeared poop on the door handles, he appears to be blaming Obama
While Viso admitted the act was wrong, he also tried to explain his strange behavior in an oddly political and completely inane way.
“I was a young man. It was a horrible time, and I made a mistake,” he said. “Obama came into office the year before.”

Guy got off with a pathetically lenient sentence. Was fined $250. He has a long rap sheet
After the incident, Viso pleaded guilty to criminal mischief charges and was fined $250. Viso has a lengthy record of criminal convictions on federal and state gun and drug charges, including possessing enough methylone to make five million “Molly” or ecstasy tablets in 2016, and possessing a sawed-off shotgun in proximity to a school in 2014.

Smearing poop should be a pretty serious crime. Aside from the disgusting aspect of it, it has serious health issues, and this is a daycare so punishment should have been severe.
