Passenger slaps Pilot during Flight

What’s with Indians and slapping lmao

They can’t fight for shit. The Indian born Indians. Frequently they bleat the narrative that it’s “considered more insulting to slap” but that’s just BS.

I’m over here right now for a few years and I’m like a Pig amongst guinea pigs here with my Fists and knees of Fury.

That fucker better have been arrested. But honestly what was up with the stewardess freaking out? Does she not have training in dealing with unruly passengers?

After reading the attached article, it seems that weather delayed flights. There are many instances where pilots are scheduled to fly in on one airplane and out on another so it's entirely possible that they had to wait for flight crew. Once the traffic gets backed up it throws all schedules off. Airlines don't have control of the weather. They have to rely on forecasts which are only educated guesses as to what will happen. A delay at one airport can lead to cascading delays. Certainly there are limits to the amount of hours pilots and crew can work.

Yeah obviously. But airlines treat their customers like shit. I'm surprised this kind of stuff doesn't happen more often.

It’s wild how planes can turn people into absolute monsters. Seems like everyone is always so quick to bitch about anything when it comes to flying, babies, fat people, delays, etc. For me I’m just appreciative that we live in a time where the option actually exists and it’s not an insanely expensive luxury. I’m really never in a bad mood when I’m flying, always just throw in some headphones and watch a few movies.

Louis ck has a bit about this. About someone complaining about having a bad flight because they were delayed 45 minutes, and then he goes, "and then what happened? Did you soar through the air in a throne, like some Greek God? Did you fly across the entire continent in 5 hours? That used to take three months!"

Anywho, I agree with you. Flying is incredible all things considered. I have a hard time getting too upset. The story in this thread seems pretty frustrating, but nowhere near slap-a-bitch levels of frustration.

I remember the first time I flew long distance, flying to Hong Kong from Vancouver, it was 26 hours, multiple flights and shitty connections. I was tired at the end, my back hurt and I wqa super restless, but good lord man, thats a small fuckint price yo pay for traveling across the planet for about the same cost as I paid in rent. What else was I gonna do? Swim?

5 hour delay at the terminal and then two hours sitting on the tarmac and being told the delay would be longer.

Not saying what he did was right, but that's egregious.
Sounds like Delta airlines. Only you’ll get arrested in the good ol USA.

This. It’s airlines propaganda that customers now are rude and combative. I fly all the time and airlines treat you like shit. If they just showed empathy for the delayed flights and missing luggage’s, customers would be more chill. But that would cost airlines more money to have more staff and accountability.

I would rather they delay the flight then crash

On brand. I took a few domestic flights around India when I was there. I've never seen as many entitled, obnoxious people gathered in one space.

The crews on that particular airline were actually super nice to me. All I had to do was treat them with a modicum of dignity.

I flew last month on Frontier. The ghetto of the airlines world. We were delayed 5 hours. A huge guy was never let on the plane because they tried to charge him $99 to check on his carry on because it didn't fit in the little box they have at the desk to check size. He dumped his bag and said his clothes were not worth that much. "Now it fucking fits you fucking criminals!" He was escorted away. Took off and in flight, had one Shaniqua restrained for slapping her boyfriend for flirting with another woman. She was arrested upon landing. Had an elderly black man call a white flight attendant a cracker for not letting him go to the bathroom as we were landing. He proceeded to shit himself 3 rows behind me. A white woman was stopped by police after exiting the plain where she said something racist to the black flight attendant. People can be scum.

NEVER AGAIN.

You're in a chair, in the sky!

Different culture, hard to judge.

In Indian, those that think they are higher on the class structure treat those below them with disdain far too often. I wonder if this has something to do with that.
