I've been like 10 times in the past few years, which makes me pretty much a degenerate gamblers and alcoholic.

What specifically do you want to know?

Places I've had fun:
Ghostbar
Zombie paintball
Gambling at Planet Hollywood's pleasure pitt
Pool parties at various hotels are cool

Never been there but I've heard good things about hash house a-go-go.

Been twice. Never been off the strip, though. And on the strip, it's pretty much what you you see is what you get(casinos, chain resturants/bars, etc).
I would like to go the Pawn Stars store sometime.

Pawn Stars is 1/2 what you see on TV and 1/2 tourist trap, selling their own tshirts, keychains and such.

My recommendations:

Go see a Vegas Show (I saw the Beatles Love Show at the Mirage).
Do an expensive buffet one night (I like the buffet at Caesars).
Ride the High Roller at night for some great views of the strip (It's at the Linq)
Some may disagree with this, but spend a day off the strip and go visit Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon.

I'd go earlier if possible. October is much nicer there. December is the coldest and cloudiest month. The temperature also drops quickly into the 30s after sunset that time of year. I'd rather be in L.A. in December or Phoenix or Florida if you can make it to the East Coast.
