I'm 33 and can't say I've enjoyed a second of living beyond age 30. Fun no longer exists. Career paths narrow if not dissolve completely. Seems like you just tread water between here and death, fixing whatever breaks on the house next and putting the kids through college along the way. Car shits out, buy a new one. Parents get up and age and die. Health problems start settling in.. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not suicidal by any means, just puzzled by the banality of adulthood.

i was really messed up at 30, a lot better at 40.. more acceptance of who i am
i've also recently met the best girl since i was 20
loss of muscle mass has been my biggest problem
but yeah a lot of what you say is true, and life

Sex?
To see kids grow up or have them?
Find an ideology

I can help you send me a private message I might have an idea what you need or helps
in before the normies storm in to tell you about:
- family, kids
- sunsets and sunrises
- omg friends

Lol true. I would lile but due to dubs I cannot

Why does fun no longer exist? That has not been my experience.

Adulthood is definitely difficult. No argument there.

But, life can still be very enjoyable. You need to be willing to update yourself and your view on life overtime.

Get out of debt and see if your outlook improves.Once you aren't working to pay bills you can do whatever you want. Find work that has meaning. Shit I have trouble finding time for everything. The only time I feel wasted is when I don't have enough time to do something between other things. Like I have only enough time to get a full sleep cycle in and maybe 45 minutes on either end. I don't put off sleeping so that at least moves all the time to one end, but an hour and a half is basically 1 workout and a shower or a movie.

as for my thoughts. life is meaningless man. you need to find your own meaning and value in it.

it needs to be something internal. it doesnt even have to be a deep desire or passion (if you already had these, you wouldnt be feeling this way). start with a hobby or a goal of some sort. it can be as simple or as lofty as you want it to be.

for me, im just happy banging lots of hot girls every week. maybe for you, its planting trees, or fixing cars, or something else.

dont be boxed in my societal pressures on how to live too. you dont need to worry about fixing cars and houses and doing all that shit you dont wanna do if you dont want to do it. hell, you could get a van and live out of it and ride it around the country/world.

my 30s have been amazing.

i have health, time, and resources.

this sounds like a you problem

Yea what the hell?

I’m 32 and I’m a dad of an 11 year old and I’m having the time of my life.

I work hard but I’m free. I’m working towards my goals. I’m dating women and I’m still going to find love someday, I’m not in a huge rush. I can settle down for good at 38.

I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’m going to have that six pack soon.

We gotta be more positive around here.

Being a kid sucked for me. I had to deal with violence and abuse all the time.

In what way does 'fun no longer exist' that would seem to the crux of the matter , why do you feel that can you no longer have fun ? .

I would like to go back to before I hurt my thumb in jiu jitsu if I could pick an age. So 31 or 32, but I want the strength I had at 38 or so. Also, dating at 30 really swung the ball in my court. I had money looks and a good job. A was getting laid 2 and 3 times a day for a long stretch. 40 is kinda weird but so far so good

Are you asking what is best in life?

Otherwise I think you need to watch this movie:
