Did you miss the breakdown of the legal statute a few posts up detailing why it wasn't illegal for a 17 year old to carry that rifle?

Or that he crossed state lines because he was asked to be security for the car dealership he was guarding? AND it wasn't his gun that brought across state lines. It was someone else's gun that he loaned him, which is perfectly legal.

That's not vigilantism. He was protecting a business from rioting and looters. Vigilantism isn't attempting to run away from your attackers and only shooting in self defense.


Can you name one illegal thing he did?

There is no self defense on the left(except if you are on the left) And those rioters feelings MUST be heard and if they burn that mans Auto businesses than it must be just!

Only additional insight I could provide would be to look at what the state laws indicated is acceptable for any type of open carry.

Walking down a country road and actively hunting isn't allowed in most states. Can't hunt from a public roadway.

I’ve only hunted in two states. Michigan and South Dakota. Both are perfectly legal to hunt from the road. So long as you have permission to hunt the property adjacent to it. Road hunting for pheasants in South Dakota is very popular.

Probably on purpose. The charges are just to pacify the anarchists.

He shows in the complaint where it says Rosenbaum (pedo) was shot five times and the headshot was only a graze.
 
the rapist had a superficial gunshot to the head. He was shot in the back and that was the fatal wound.
 
I think Kyle’s saving grace will be that the primary witness to the first shoot works for a right leaning publication. If it were someone sympathetic to the rioters it might be more problematic.

Let’s see if what the cops are saying can be corroborated by witnesses. We know cops will take care of cops no matter what. If all we have to go on is that video. That cop is done.

I think a big thing people on this forum are is that this whole incident for several minutes of chaos in sea of protest. There were gunshots and then there was Kyle with a fucking rifle.

We don't know what led to Kyle pulling the trigger on the first guy who threw a bag at him. However we do know it was not a Molotov and he likely won't get off on this murder.

After this happened he tried to run and everyone started screaming about an active shooter THEN he got attacked. Within the chaos many protesters thought he was an active shooter who killed somebody because he is a person with an assault rifle who indeed killed somebody. These protesters weren't' ganging up on whitey for the hell of it nobody knows if the first killing is truly self defense and certainly nobody among thousands of people would know.

This while incident is a big argument against these right wing militia groups performing vigilante justice.

Incorrect.

The only eyewitness to the first shooting has already made a statement to the police about what happened. The details are in the criminal complaint. It was clear self defense.
