I don't buy their stories. They're adults. They knew exactly what they were doing and thought since there are no names involved, they would never be outed.

The exact opposite happened. Sites like 4chan found their names, and links to their videos were sent to their families and friends and BOYFRIENDS since all of these girls were doing these behind their boyfriends' back. There's quite a few threads on 4chan about a lot of these girls' families/boyfriends being sent links of their videos to.

The girls are upset their names have been found out and are now claiming to be "victims." Absolute bullshit.

God damn this story is still going on? I think the lawsuit originally started 2 years ago and remember reading about it then. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle in these cases at the very least.

I 100% believe the majority of their case which is that girlsdoporn owners setup fake casting referrals(which they have evidence), paid a girl to pretend being a referral and call other girls and lie about the true intent of the videos(which they have court testimony). This part actually makes a lot of sense. It explains how they are getting girls to do porn who have never done it before and most haven't done videos since. Most likely they are legitimately getting dopey girls who are falling for the bait. People fall for even dumber scams like Nigerian scams all the time so I don't hesitate for a second that these guys were able to trick young girls into filming this shit using an elaborate casting scheme. The fact that they have testimony from a girl being paid to make the referral calls is pretty damaging.

The weakest part of their lawsuit is the coercion. The reneging of the money part is a bit odd as well and if somehow true is just an idiotic move the owners. If you are running a porn website you are playing Russian roulette by intentionally screwing over the girls with money because if this ever gets out in the public and in front of a judge you are fucked because you are looked at as the pimp.
