It seems I have developed this condition and would like to share thoughts and insights and experiences on it with others who have it or who knows someone who has it.

It presents many quality of life issues and I just haven't found many solutions so far and have no reference points. Thanks

Is that where your legs turns black
My grandfather who passed away had that for years doctor said he has to amputate it but he never did it but when it hurt it really hurt

That is close. Usually when they amputate there are clots of the arteries which block oxygenated blood from getting to the calves/feet/toes. I have clots in my veins. The risks of amputation is notably lower but you can get nasty ulcers that destroy the skin and tissue...I don't have any of those so far.

Continue to work with your physicians/vascular team that help manage your PTS and DVT. Find a good vascular specialist if you can.

Thanks man. I have to remind myself to continue to do that. I had a procedure last week but there was only a small improvement so far.
