(Prediction) WWE will try to have their pro wrestlers compete in MMA against each other

WWE held a real fighting tournament before for those of you who don’t know. It was called Brawl for all. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/WWF_Brawl_for_All

The winner of that tournament was Bart Gunn who went on to face Butterbean at wrestlemania in a real boxing match where he got KOed stiff.

What do you think are the odds that WWE will try this again with MMA?

Would you watch a real MMA match between two pro wrestlers from the WWE.

I think it would sell really well, each PPV can have one match dedicated to 2 WWE superstars engaged in a real MMA match.

They already did this after Brawl for All. It was like scripted MMA underground

It was terrible and they stopped. Don't see them doing real MMA fights, greatly increasing the chances of putting one of their guys on the shelf for a few months.

It would not be worth the financial risk. Too many injuries. That is part of the reason why they never did the Brawl for All again. That and the chants of "Boring!" and "We want wrestling!"

Whoever decided boxing Butterbean was a reward should've been fired, that's a death sentence. Butterbean is built funny but he was a damn good boxer.

there's speculation this was punishment for bart gunn ruining their plans (wwe wanted dr death to win the tourney)

Holy sh*t this is awful. Mike Barton got buried for this. I hope WWE doesn't do another dumb event like that.
