it's like ive been on it since july, with off days here and there, so i just want to see it through to my goal weight lol.

but with me, I either go all in it or I don't do it at all.

got a really busy week this week so I can't even meal prep properly.

Not too sure about Italians but Cannavaro, Motta and Panucci come to mind as guys who did well there.

Depends on what you call "really successful," but aside from the players @LEWIS540 mentioned, I'd also add Christian Vieri.

He was only at Atleti for a season (as he wanted to return to Italy and only signed because of the money he was getting), but he won the Pichichi Trophy in that season.

Maybe if that Francesco Totti transfer had gone through when Madrid was all in for him, he'd make the list, but his loyalty didn't allow him to leave.

Would allow him to eat more on the days he trains, the beginner course is not that hard physically. Keep the weight what it is now, finish the beginner course and then he can make the effort for last few kilos he has left.
