Renan Barao Set To Fight For The Featherweight Premier FC Belt On November 19

For brief time people were comarping Barao to Aldo, even overtaking him.. amazing how quickly he went from that to this

The cheapest ticket for this show with the fees added is about $65. Seems like a lot. Is that typical for these regional shows?-never been to one.
Man if you can see the Irish hand grenade go for it!

well at least davis is on the card

Damn sad career end for Barao
Some guys declined hard after USADA, Barao is clearly the most affected

HOLY SHIT a can with 100 losses is fighting on this card now.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen an MMA fighter with triple digit losses.

EDIT: Just noticed that he fought Colby in 2014 when was 13-56.

The plot thickens. He actually has wins over Meerchaert and Daniel Straus.

He's on a one fight win streak, looks like he's turning it around.

Ducking Duckworth. I think that picture of the Irish Hand Grenade they used on the poster was from about 12 years ago.

Duckworth didn't seem very duckworthy considering his age and 12-9-1 record, but Barao still successfully ducked him. I'm really curious what happened.

EDIT: Turns out I was wrong. It is Duckworth who is ducking.

My first guess would be the ticket sales were crap and the promoter couldn't come up with the up front cash...but who knows.

I bet the 16-100 guy would have taken the fight if given the chance.
