Rickson has a loss to Ron Tripp???

Ya apparently Rickson forgot the rules at some time after he won 2 Pan AM Sambo championships but before getting dumped on his head by Tripp . . . 400-0 lol ask Helio about that when he was alive or look up the interview he did basically mocking Rickson and saying if Rickson fought 400 matches then he (Helio) fought well over a million . . .
Tripp by Uchimata !!!

Took place at th '93 US Sambo Championships held in Norman, Oklahoma that year

rickson is a myth, he would lose to ufc 10 fighters (don frye, coleman, pete williams etc), he would even lose to young matt hughes or early tito ortiz or frank shamrock. The Gracies just made sure Rickson's legend stays for marketing purposes but in all essence rickson is never unbeaten even in sparring, he loses to rolls gracie for one not to mention when he was a kid

Is Ron Tripp still alive and if so would he tap Buchecha? Rickson is according to stories I read on the internet the best grappler ever so if Ron Tripp is even better imagine how incredible he must be.

getting thrown by Ron Tripp is almost as bad as getting tripped by Chuck Throw

Near as I can tell, Rickson is 11-0 in MMA (2 fights against Rei Zulu in Brazil, 9 fights in various orgs in Japan). He's either 6-0 or 10-0 in BJJ competition (6 named competitors, 4 unnamed). He also fought Hugo Duarte twice in unsanctioned altercations (once on the beach, once in the parking lot outside his school, winning both).

Would be interesting to see his record in other combat sports that he competed in (Sambo, as noted earlier, but I seem to recall he also did some local judo and wrestling comps during the 1980's).

Honestly, I've never met a Brazilian that never had an excuse on why they lost.
