I think the biggest question is why do people insist on using incorrect definitions on these activities? Are people using prostitute because in their heads it's more demeaning as if a porn star getting a bukkake on 4k video is less in their heads? It's not as if hardcore porn is legal to film everywhere and prostitution is illegal everywhere. They both have legal protections depending where you are on the planet so the idea guys want to die on the hill to call it 'prostitution with a camera' makes no sense. Just call it the proper name.

They group the two together under the banner of 'being paid for sex.'

In their minds being paid for sex makes the chick a 'whore.'

Porn itself is a broad category all the way from high art that people now a days would not consider porn, all the way to what is essentially prostitution with a camera I.E. girls do porn's content.

GDP's content did not even have an overlying narrative so there wasn't even really any acting involved on behalf of the girls on camera. The acting was the scam itself and whatever lies the girls told to their boyfriends.

Nothing is used against me. In fact it is the contrary. My decision to defend the truth and what is right regardless of who it is I am defending is a strength. Its called being principled.


It is illegal to falsely represent what is on a contract which is what these men did. It is also illegal to knowingly accept a statement of sobriety after you have illegally provided alcohol and drugs to a minor which is what they did.

It is also illegal to use intimidation to rush a person into signing a contract someone is trying to read which is what they did.
