AJ posted an IG story in long beach yesterday laying in bed w his dogs. Slim chance he's headed to Japan to fight. This tourney takes a huge hit without AJ.

@TorontoTO @GueseGuy Yup, AJ has just withdrawn and will be replaced with Roberto Satoshi Souza. As far as replacements go, (aside from Vartanyan) this is as good replacement as you can get. Fight will be at catchweight 161 lbs.
According to Coker, AJ withdrew due to "medical" reasons, but I do wonder if this has anything to do with Bellator's sell.

Honestly, Patricky vs Satoshi is a better fight than Patricky vs AJ. AJ wa probably going to run through Patricky but Patricky vs Satoshi is more intriguing.

It already happened. AJ got Staph and had to pull out. Satoshi took his place in the bout and tournament, Patricio is also now facing Chihiro Suzuki
