Lomachenko might be a top p4p talent (time will tell), but he shouldn't even be on a top 10 list, yet. If the Walters fight happens and he wins that, then I can certainly see him getting close to the top 5, but certainly not before.

Yep, and if he can beat Rigo b4 he retires, then what better to get you up the P4P list than beating a top p4p. Loma is legit, that is for sure.
