Haha this thread reminds me of the time we went to Cain Valesquez's MMA seminar in California back in 2016, and he was teaching the group how to check leg kicks. Then when you threw a leg kick on him, you threw it so fast he didn't check it in time and shattered his fibula and he was hospitlized for 16 months and required 4 surgeries
