Always liked the dude. Its good to see him carve out a nice spot for himself in the UFC. Its crazy to think barring smoking pot and terrible reffing/judging, he would be on a 7 fight win streak
 
If gyms were such a bad investment, why are there so many of them? I live just outside of Boston, and there are tons and tons of gyms. If they weren't making any money, wouldn't they have all closed down? I feel just the opposite, gyms are a great investment. People, no matter what the economy is, will always be into working out.
