Which modern era, ‘elite’ fighters are the worst in the UFC.
Let’s define ‘elite’ as:
Top 10-15 or
Headlined an event or
Fought for UFC Title.
Male:
Nick Diaz-
As far as name value, he is definitely considered ‘elite’ without really deserving it.
26-9 record with only 1 win in the UFC since 2011(BJ Penn at WW).
7-5-1 overall UFC record
1-2-1 in the last 6+ years
Nate Diaz-
19-11 overall record
14-9 UFC record
3-4 in his last 7 fights, yet, demands $15,000,000- $20,000,000 per fight when his last fight made him $2 mil.
Biggest win coming at WW against a blown up, steak eating FW. He then went on to lose the rematch six months later.
Edit: Has fought for the title and was dominated. RDA fight was somewhat embarrassing and a total wipeout.
Female:
It’s a toss up between Shayna Bazler and Roxanne Modeferri. But if I had to choose a winner, it’d be Roxanne as she just fought for a UFC title and was owned by an unknown, MMA rookie.
Who are your picks?
