First day back in the gym since surgery. Home gym is no more, we are selling our house and upgrading, hopefully I'll have a better home gym by the end of the summer.

Felt extremely weak, might have pushed it a bit too much, felt like I was going to throw up afterwards.

Yeah, the knee is coming along, I'm able to do body weight squats a little below parallel now, and I'll be able to add weight soon. I've been doing Romanian deadlifts with <100lb.

Started benching again about a month ago, I'm up to 3 sets of 12 of 185lb. Up to 3 sets of 10 of 115lb on seated OHP. Also been doing chest supported rows, pull-ups, and other upper body stuff. I'll start logging again soon, it's just depressing to log shitty workouts.

Glad the knee is coming along! Progress is progress, you should still log your lifting. Future you may appreciate it looking back.

True and thanks, I am logging it for my personal benefit. I just have the tendency to avoid looking at lifting stuff if I can't lift the way I want to. It's like when I used to be a fighter, I was the biggest MMA fan around, now that I've given up fighting (at least competitively) I don't like to watch or read about MMA nearly as much because it just makes me miss competing.

Still really can't use much leg drive and can't arch like I like to, but it felt decent.

First time deadlifting since surgery, concentric portion super easy, eccentric portion felt weird.
