Just realized it only works if you FINISH Mir. Cormier is safe.... for now.
 
Its not supprizing when you consider Mir has been used as stepping stone pretty often in recent years.
 
Just dug up this thread, and realised it is still very much alive.... Since this thread:
Overeem = Got KO'd by Big ben...
Arlovski = Got KO'd by Stipe...

Damn this is scary, Mir has 10 losses, only Cormier is the one to really escape (Brock faced Carwin so the curse couldn't work that night)
 
everyone knows DC got lucky because after frank mir lost to him, he fought sooner than dc, and lost to barnett. so the curse was lifted and josh was the one doomed.

Overeem beat Mir in a decision and was KO'd by Rothwell his next fight.

Arlovski beat Mir by unanimous decision and then went on a 5 fight losing streak.
 
Crazy stuff lol but this doesn't bode well for Fedor in the bellator tournament. I'm expecting Chael to violently ko Fedor now.
 
I wonder if Mir has one of his long, articulate answers for this? lol
