Is it a dull ache?

If it is, I get it from time to time (since I've been a kid) and it keeps me awake at night. What helps is foam rolling the scapula. If you pop your arm across your body like you're doing a regular deltoid stretch, lay back on the foam roller, slightly turn onto your right should blade and roll the fuck out of it.. if it's tight it'll be painful but will feel lush when you're done. And foam roll your lats. Worth a try.

Very nice mate, thanks for asking. Weather was great and I found it considerably easier than Ben Nevis, but probably more scenic. Will definitely be going again.
Which way did you go up mate? ( the train?) been up a few times,personally enjoyed going on one of the other routes instead of the main llanberris way.

Went up via the Pyg and down via the Miners. Most of the group I went with aren't very fit, so we couldn't do anything too challenging.

£20 one way for the train though, no thank you!
