The real reason he was in Vegas is that him and Dana had tickets to go see U2 play at The Sphere on Saturday night. So obviously Dana said "Hey come and watch the fights at the Apex before we go to watch U2".

Also... thinking about it.... I WAS wondering why the event last night started about 2 hours earlier than normal for an Apex card.... it seems likely that Dana got it to start early so that there was time for him and Tom to jump in a car and get to the U2 show that same evening. Handy to be the boss that you can do that!

Dana has already said he is going to do a UFC event at the Sphere, he wants to put on next years "Noche UFC" there. Should be popping and spectacular if he can get that done.
