Law Trump can’t get a loan to pay $464 million bond in fraud case, his lawyers say

They realized that people like you are mindless nutter 🤡's, the U.S. Constitution is real, and the state / city are fooked if they let this happen.

I still hope he doesn't pay them a dime and let's them start their seizures. He's going to own NY if that happens. The lawsuit will be a slam dunk for the Orange Ogre, astronomical in $, and Federal.
Lol. C’mon. He lost, in court. he owes the money.

ahh yes. captain 1-65 is just going to sue the pants off of everybody after the repo man starts driving off with his shit and his appeal gets kicked to the curb like all of the others that have come beforehand. so will he be going for the parking garage campaign bimbo, the OANN bimbo, the qanon conspiratard, the village drunkard, the personal injury lawyers, the divorce attorneys, the tobacco lawyers, or the swingset installer for this one?

and slam dunk appeal you say?

i don't know if you've even read the notice of appeal he filed, but i don't think you want to. basically he's contesting it on the grounds of having a biased judge. have fun with that.

and everybody knows that loser boy is the poster boy for winning appeals. he will win these appeals bigly because super duper ultra maga johnny and catturd told me so. and if there is one thing Mr. 1-65 is known for, it's winning on appeal. people come to me with tears of joy running down their faces and they tell me "Sir, how does President Trump just keep winning on all of these appeals?"

and everybody knows that the weaponized banks were running election interference, lawfare, and bankfare when donald trump came to the banks decades ago with a bunch of numbers and then asked them for a loan.

he's just such a victim. no president has ever been treated more unfairly than the twice-impeached, quadruple-indicted, election-losing fraudster and rapist who cheats on all of his wives, stolen from children with cancer, and has nearly a hundred felony charges stacked up against him. not even the presidents who got assassinated were treated so unfairly!

so easy reading beerbro's posts. it could be 20 paragraphs long, just skim for the standard keywords and you're good. parking garage, quadruple, twice, maybe a few exclamation points, and a boohoo or that's nice.

hey you posted words this time inside of a corny garfield image or gif. now we're getting somewhere.

all you have to do is search twitter for the hashtag #donpoorleone and its probably gonna be one of the first tweets coming in at the top. for me it was #1 right there on the top

this was a miscarriage of justice by the weaponized deep state beer-hating karate forum morderators and their beer-hating clerks. now i'm gonna have to set up a gofundme to i can crowdfund the bond for my moderation appeal.

I mean... The animations were well done and all, but I can see how technically it could count as posting animated porn...

Still, we've had people get away with telling people to kill themselves, getting banned for accusing others of being pedos only to pay a mod some cash appeal a ban and have their 2023 account returned to them. So yeah, high level of corruption in play here

would you be willing to come in as a defense witness and give testimony during my appeal

i know i'm not supposed to introduce new evidence during an appeal, but with enough vcash on the table i'm sure the deep state mods will be willing to bend a little. if they try to admonish me for such a bold move, i'll just play dumb and blame it on ignorance and tell them that i hired my attorney from the parking lot of a liquor store when they were panhandling for change.

How do you sue... scratch that, how do you win a suit where the complaint is 'I told the judge I had 400m in cash so he fined me that much, but I didn't really have it so they seized my shit'?

this was an older tweet before that

i was referring to that. the judgement was set to $355 million but went up to $464 million to appeal + $111,000 daily interest.

i dont know where they came up with that 455 million number from.

That was Madoff's bond to be on home confinement with an ankle monitor. You're neglecting the rest of Madoff's judgement:

150 years imprisonment, forfeiture of US$17.179 billion,

im not really looking at the madoff part i'm looking at the trump thing

its really no big issue but i dont see why they put out the $455 million figure, when it should have been the $464 million or at the very least the original $355 million. it's like they are already trying to compare apples and oranges but they are just pulling shit a bunch of shit out of their ass. like maybe it was a typo? i dont know why but if they took the time of day to figure out how much bernie madoff's criminal appeal bond was, the least they could do would be to make sure they get the value of donald trump's civil appeal bond correct as well.

i mean its not like theres a big difference between 464 and 455....unless we're talking in the millions of dollars. i dunno, i dont really care about it but something about that $455 million number erks me because it was pulled out of someones ass or it was a mistake.

Because the US Constitution is real and the 8th Amendment actually means something, as does the 5th and 14th Amendments.

8th - the bond was excessive - even the New York appeals court agrees.

5th - the precedent was ridiculous (valuations that the bank does not accept are good enough to bankrupt you, even thought everyone made $ and there was no victim) and you cannot deprive Americans of property without Due Process according the the 5th Amendment and that clearly happened here.

14th - no one has ever been put through it that acted similarly (namely all Commercial Real Estate professionals)

Those three elements cover the Amendments on an easy to understand level for the Leftists that thought it was a good decision.

I said from the start there is no way the $465M sticks as the Left Cult on this site cheered it on and acted like it was no excessive for an appeal to be made. This is where I get to say.... I TOLD YOU SO! <lol>

Now the Orange Asshole will rise in the polls. Way to fuck it up Democrats.

It's funny watching this Left Cult thread circle jerk go silent as the reality comes out. They are now waiting for the MSM to give them their latest talking points. Give it a bit, they just don't know what to say as they cannot think for themselves.

You may want revisit the due process part of your post

Trump isn't paying to file an appeal though - he's already filed that. He's paying the actual fine; which he'll get returned if he wins his appeal.
