Arce, Julio By Decision +165 on stake

Words I collected:

Arce will have a 2.99213 inch reach advantage. Arce is 1 inch shorter. Arce is a former golden gloves champion and currently a second-degree black belt, a well-rounded and experienced octagon veteran with 7 UFC fights...... Arce will have lots of opportunities for counter hooks and double leg takedowns .................... Santos is just too easy to hit against a kickboxer this skilled, especially since he’s not as technical with his offense as other heavy hitters that have tripped up Arce before. While he could just smash Arce with either a haymaker or spinning technique, Arce will pick his shots and edge out a highly entertaining decision. ........ Arce is a solid UFC caliber fighter and has been competitive against high level UFC strikers. This fight should nearly entirely play out on the feet unless Arce decides to bring this to the ground. Arce probably could win this fight with control time on the ground alone, but the more likely scenario is for this to play out on the feet. Arce will keep his feet moving, which will make Santos's wild strikes look silly. Arce will land some clean shots as Santos gets frustrated. Arce has the power advantage, which will help with the judges if he is slightly losing the volume battle. Between the cleaner strikes and sneaking in some grappling exchanges, Arce should be able to take two rounds. “At Tiger Schulmann’s, we started a long time, back in the day- a little bit of Kyokushin karate and stuff like that, so we got a bunch of people in the room who love to throw spinning stuff like that, and make that part of their style…It’s something that we’re trained to be aware of but it’s not something I haven’t seen before,” Arce said. “Especially back in the kickboxing days, you know, people would throw spinning hook kicks, spinning crescent kicks, they’d just spin like crazy.” quote
