I like Jan, he is a nice guy and a vet of MMA, he has heavy hands but I feel he is too basic for a guy like Jones. He has heavy punches but not a lot else, I'm happy for him too win though, but he will need more tricks for a crafty guy like Jones

Santos is basic and beat Jones arguably. Reyes isn't anything special either and he 100% beat Jones. What you need is competent judges. Simple as that.
