Energy was pretty depleted by the time I was done benching.

Abs are pretty sore from Monday's rollouts.

Got a new PR for the 10m sprint with 1.75 s. I think the difference was pushing harder on the first step.

Bench is feeling solider than ever. Zero shoulder pain, despite the shoulders being pretty sore from Wednesday's push presses and yesterday's handstands/tuck planches.

Lol.

Thanks, I guess I've managed to gradually get back to around were I was at my best, while only training 3x per week and doing a more relaxed improvised training. I haven't been getting better (maybe in small ways, like healthier shoulders and getting more accustomed to sprinting and plyometric drills) , but I can't complain either.

Those were the fastest 10m sprints I've done so far. Seeing as those were on 4 hours of sleep, I think sprinting is gradually improving.
