Agree. His game in BJJ and MMA was totally different. I think he had one of the best grappling games in MMA ever.

One of the first MMA fights I ever bet on was on Vitor Ribeiro against Shinya Aoki. Thought it was easy money.

that was a tough one to predict. Shaolin was near the end of his career at that point. That eye injury he got from the JZ Calvacnti fight was really tough on him

In retrospect he was at the end of his career. At the time he was still only 30 years old.
